Thanks so much for the note! The issue I had with the Bob’s VUCA master description was it really did not give “what does the behavior look like” example. To address this, I wrote a side by side comparison and tossed it into a powerpoint… have a look at this and see if it is helpful. Thanks again for the comment!

I love VUCA topic too and I would share my definition of VUCA Master out of Bob Johansen’s book.
VUCA Masters are those able to turn VUCA positive. In other words transform:
Volatility to Vision
Uncertainty to Understanding
Conplexity to Clarity
Ambiguity to Agility

Those mastering the transformation are usually outstanding in their respective field of expertise.

This is a lifetime exercise and I’m only at the start of the journey.
