Thanks so much for the note!  The issue I had with the Bob&#039;s VUCA master description was it really did not give &quot;what does the behavior look like&quot; example.  To address this, I wrote a side by side comparison and tossed it into a powerpoint... have a look at this and see if it is helpful.  Thanks again for the comment!

Excellent blog I got to know via the IDS master newsletter :-). I wonder if I would be able to borrow &quot;Running from Office&quot; from you a day or another....

I love VUCA topic too and I would share my definition of VUCA Master out of Bob Johansen&#039;s book.
VUCA Masters are those able to turn VUCA positive. In other words transform:
Volatility to Vision
Uncertainty to Understanding
Conplexity to Clarity 
Ambiguity to Agility

Those mastering the transformation are usually outstanding in their respective field of expertise.

This is a lifetime exercise and I&#039;m only at the start of the journey.
